The Festival was alive and spirits were high a couple of blocks east of Art Rise Savannah's head quarters at the Drayton Arts Center. It was there on 2424 Drayton St. that Of Two Minds, a co-operative art studio ran by Artists Isaac McCaslin and Jared Seff, opened their doors to the public to share a taste of two unique approaches to Contemporary Art making with an emphasis on the display of finished works, process sketches, materials, and techniques. Visitors conversed with the artists and enjoyed free beverages and snacks picked from the Scad Community Garden at the corner of Boundary St. and Turner Blvd. Of Two Minds Art Studio will be opening its doors regularly in conjunction with Art Rise Savannah's First Friday Art March. Next door to Of Two Minds Art Studio, Anahata Healing Arts held the Premiere Showcase of Historical Illustrations for the Savannah Deck, A set of Tarot Cards illustrated and authored by Tami Sabo. Visitors to the event were invited to "Take a mystic journey into some of Savannah's landmarks & history, with the charms of southern hospitality while enjoying a spot of tea."
